One of the least productive things we can do on a team that has just gone virtual, or one that's making the transition, is always wait until we can see each other in person to make decisions, solve problems or clarify those things we're not certain of, but that are stopping us from progressing from our work.

hnology is still not perfect (sometimes it's our use of it that needs improving) and some broadband connections are still not 100% stable. Some people stay on mute, others freeze when their connection's choppy. Sometimes we need to leave but we don't want to interrupt someone speaking. And if we're luck, we might be on so much agreement with someone, our neck hurts from nodding at the camera.
