We're not talking about bringing in coaches or creating formal coaching programmes - there is space for that, of course. However in this podcast, we'd like to encourage you to create a culture of coaching in your team, one where you (the manager and team members), instead of jumping to solve other people's problems, you help them identify exactly what needs to be solved and then help them to find the solution themselves. (Although of course, there will be instances when fsat troubleshooting is needed...)
